All supernatural entities are required by law to register their existence with the SRA, regardless of age, nationality, species or level of vitality. To register yourself, please fill out and submit the form below.

Where's My Entity Type?

Not all entity types are listed by name. Entities that can assume an animal form, for example, fall under three classifications: Werewolf (most common), Therianthrope (all other single-form were-animals) and Shape-Shifter (non-animal and multi-form entities).

If you do not see a classification that describes you, you do not need to register with the SRA.

Hybrids and Mixed Entities

If you fall under two or more classifications, you do not need to register twice. Simply register as the entity type that most accurately describes your physical appearance.

Your documentation does not need to state your hybrid / mixed status.

Be Able To Prove It

Failure to provide proof of your registration when requested by SRA agents may result in incarceration while your registration status is confirmed. Add a physical copy of your registration document for $5.00.
